Women Of Unity presents "Take 10 Hands Only CPR Boot Camp workshops, with 30 minute sessions at a location near you!!.Our purpose is to inform our Community about Women of Unity and to teach others a life saving technique.
" Take 10" Take 10 stands for “Take 10 minutes to learn compression only CPR.
It is a community-based and peer taught CPR training that is simple, fast and free”. Cardiac arrest is an all-too-common and deadly event. It can happen anywhere, anytime to anyone. If more people know what to do, more people can survive. Everyone has a busy schedule and every person does not have a health care background. Take 10 can easily be added to any event like a PTA meeting, during lunch, at office meetings or at a booth at a festival.
